Credits are the virtual currency you use to interact with Hanna Prodigy's most powerful features, such as:
- Chatting with Hanna
- Uploading and analyzing long documents
- Listening to voice responses
- Using advanced strategic features
💡 What can I do with my credits?

You can use credits however you want, in whatever combination suits you best.
⏳ Do credits expire?
Credits included in your membership are valid for the duration of your billing month and expire at the end of that period.
Any additional credit packages you purchase will remain valid for 6 months from your most recent purchase.
🔊 How much does it cost to listen to voice responses?
- Listening to a response costs 0.3 credits.
- This is the same for every language.
- If it was already generated, replaing it is free
📦 How many credits do I have per month?
It depends on your plan:
- Core 400 Moderate or personal use
- Strategic 650 Heavy use, professionals and teams
All plans allow you to purchase more credits when you need them.
🛒 Can I purchase more credits?
Yes. If you need more credits at any time, you can purchase additional packages.
Your extra credits will also be valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
💬 What if I run out of credits?
You won't lose access to the app or your content. You just need more credits to continue using active features such as chat, voice, or training.
