Hanna Prodigy Training is the process of teaching and enhancing the AI's knowledge and capabilities to better serve the needs of the organization and its users. The training is done through the notes section of the app, where users can create note collections (smartNotes) and add text or attach files to train Hanna at three different levels: Company, Initiative, and Just for Me.

1. Company-level training: When a user trains Hanna at the company level, the AI learns information that is relevant to the entire organization. 3. Just for Me (private) training: Users can also train Hanna with information that is specific to their individual needs and responsibilities. This level of training allows users to personalize Hanna's knowledge and capabilities to better support their unique roles and tasks. Private training can include individual projects, personal notes, and specific skills or expertise.

You can teach Hanna using two methods: text input in the notes section and attaching files to the notes.

By entering text in the notes, users can directly provide Hanna with information and context related to their training level. Attaching files to the notes allows users to train Hanna using various formats. This flexibility in training methods ensures that you can easily integrate Hanna into their existing workflows and leverage the AI's capabilities to support their specific needs.
